Online Nutrition/Fitness Coaching

This is a 12 week commitment to start!
My method of coaching is quite different than most. I believe in the slow and steady approach. There is no need for tons of drastic changes all at once in order to make progress. We will work together on custom nutrition/health goals for you each week. Change takes time AND commitment!

personalized weekly nutritional counseling on food diary through MyFitnessPal
personalized macro recommendations with adjustments as needed
personalized daily habit goals
full access to me through text/email
weekly check ins and adjustments as necessary
access to an app where you:
also have full access to me via messaging for questions
access your workout program
form videos to see each movement written in your protocols
can track all measurements tools (weight, body measurements, sleep, etc.)
can track all reps/weights used in workouts for progressive overload
upload weekly check in pictures
connect your MyFitnessPal
supplement recommendations if needed

Expectations:
I like to set expectations before the application process to ensure you have the best experience!
My expectations of clients:
Execution of variables
Training: work to improve by each session - intent, weight, reps, etc.
While tracking macros: hit them.
Sleep: it’s soooooo important for recovery!
Steps: there are so many things during the day to keep yourself moving. it is also an important variable for fat loss without adding in extra cardio.
Cardio: if you are prescribed cardio, just get it done.

Form videos:
Clients are HIGHLY encouraged to upload form videos so I can check form. I want you to stay injury free and learn body awareness during this process. In order to do that in the online space is to film yourself during your lifts and upload those for me to check your form.
